Refund & Returns Policy

Exchange Policy

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly e-mail us.

If you have received an incorrect/defective product, we can exchange this with the identical item.
Please do not accept the product if the inner packaging is damaged.
Please email us or call within 24 hours of delivery if you want to apply for an exchange, with relevant proof (photo or documentation) as seen necessary.
Please mention your order number in the mail that you send to us.

Return & Refund Policy

We only allow returns if the item you received is defective (for defective items, customers must email or contact us on the same day of delivery). In that case, a refund will be possible; otherwise we cannot provide a refund.

We have a 24hrs return policy, which means you have 24-48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

Note: – Within two days, the customer must courier the defective product to the office address for a return & refund and share the courier receipt via mail ID.)

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which idecorator receives returned goods. Through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
